The SX-70s are regarded by many photographers as the best instant cameras ever made. It is a SLR type camera, which means that what you see in the viewfinder is what the lens itself sees. In other words thanks to mirrors you are looking directly through the taking lens and seeing how your photograph would look like. Thanks to the manual focus and 116mm f8 glass lens it is a prefect camera for all sorts of photos. Mechanical and optical condition - 10/10.

This exact camera was manufactured on October 13th in 1976. Since then it has never been serviced or repaired and it remained in original condition. I have cleaned it on the inside as well as on the outside. Optics and mirrors have been cleaned. No dust left in the lens or viewfinder. All mechanisms have been adjusted and tested to be fully working.

The camera has been tested with fresh Polaroid originals film and produces exceptionally clean pictures. Cosmetically it has been restored to look like the original as much as possible. The only thing that differentiates it from the original condition it a small crack in the plastic. It has been fixed and is hardly visible and does not affect the photographs in any way.

The new skins have been color-matched to the original ones from 1976. Comes in a nice black box. You will also receive test shot #1 (the selfie) as a gift for purchasing this exact camera.
